Due to the digital and immediate-access nature of Buzzard’s products and services:
All sales are final.
No refunds are provided, including but not limited to:
Daily access passes
Weekly, monthly, seasonal, or annual subscriptions
Partial usage periods
Dissatisfaction with betting results or performance
Once access is granted, the content is considered delivered.
2. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time through your account or billing portal.
Cancellation prevents future charges only
No refunds will be issued for:
Current billing periods
Unused time
Past charges
Access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
3. Billing Errors & Exceptions
Refunds may be issued solely at Buzzard’s discretion in the event of:
Duplicate charges
Verified technical billing errors
All refund requests must be submitted to support@buzzardbets.com within 7 days of the charge.
4. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Buzzard may result in:
Immediate suspension or termination of access
Permanent account restriction
Buzzard reserves the right to dispute chargebacks using account records, access logs, and acceptance of these policies.
5. No Performance-Based Refunds
Buzzard does not issue refunds based on:
Win/loss records
Betting outcomes
Expected returns
Confidence scores or projections
All predictions are provided for informational purposes only.
6. Policy Changes
Buzzard reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
