2. No Guarantees & Risk Acknowledgment

You expressly acknowledge and agree that:

  • No betting picks or predictions are guaranteed

  • Past performance does not indicate future results

  • Sports betting involves risk, including the risk of total financial loss

You are solely responsible for your betting decisions, wager sizing, and financial outcomes. Buzzard assumes no responsibility or liability for any losses incurred.

3. Eligibility & Legal Compliance

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old (or the legal betting age in your jurisdiction)

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws

Buzzard does not verify the legality of sports betting in your jurisdiction. Use of the Services is void where prohibited by law.

4. Privacy & Data Use

By accessing or using the Services, you consent to the collection, use, processing, storage, and sharing of your information as described in Buzzard’s Privacy Policy.

Such use may include operational, marketing, analytics, research, and service-related purposes necessary to operate, improve, and support the Services.

Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Services.

  • Your betting activity

  • Your violation of these Terms
